Our partnership will start with an initial consultation. We understand how busy life can be with work & family therefore, we recommend a video call. This call will allow us to discuss the following; your vision for the day, desired dates, venue, estimated guest count, budget considerations, our process and how we can best support your needs.
Pricing starts at $150 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Wedding Tablescape & Decor Coordination
We handle the full setup and styling of your wedding design from your personal items, rentals, centerpieces, signage and candles so your vision comes to life exactly as you imagined. Our team works with precision and creativity to transform your space into a cohesive, picture perfect setting that reflects your unique love story.
Pricing starts at $175 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
Wedding Day of Coordination
Designed for the couples who have planned their wedding but want to ensure their day runs smoothly. From the first look to the last dance, we are there behind the scenes to ensure that your day is stress-free.
Our services include but are not limited to:
Initial Consultation (usually a video call) and two additional meetings to ensure that all details are in place for your special day
A scheduled visit to your venue with us
We will contact to confirm all vendors 7-10 days prior to your wedding date
Timeline creation while coordinating alongside the venue and vendors
Provide organizational lists to ensure no stone is left unturned
Ensuring the decor and table setups are the way you envisioned
The management of the ceremony
The management of the reception
Emergency kit on hand
Distribution of final payments/tips to vendors if required
Break down and packing up of your special items and decor
Pricing starts at $1750
Do you need us the day before? We can also manage your rehearsal dinner. Along with coordinating the event, we will also ensure that the bridal party is comfortable with their roles and review the processional and recessional order.
